ITEMS IN STOCK
Our website is updated weekly but sometimes the item that you have requested may have been sold or is temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment can be made online via PayPal, credit and debit card. Bank transfers or a cheque within the UK are a familiar way of payment. Once a reserve is agreed your item will not be offered to another customer if payment is made within the agreed or reasonable time frame. Postal Orders and I.M.O’s made payable in Sterling only, funds must clear before despatch. We can provide our bank details if you would like to arrange a bank transfer.
All ‘In Stock’ orders that are received before 1pm, should be despatched within 3 working days, subject to security checks and payment clearances.
Our standard service for UK orders is a 3 working days. Deliveries can be dependant on our Royal Mail within the UK however our experience since launch in 2012 has been superb. I would also add the appropriate postal services outside of the UK have also been very reliable. For most UK deliveries we will select a 48 hours express service, usually received within 24 hours.
European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14+ days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses overseas. For bulky items, there will be a postal surcharge dependent on weight and measurements, if you are unsure or would like a quote, please call.
When ordering mail-order goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Please note that Royal Mail posted within the UK is covered up to £2,500. Outside of the UK cover is only up to £250. For higher value goods it is your responsibility to pay higher postal charges to receive higher or full insurance cover. All parcels are sent recorded and require a signature, though some countries, only provide one of these services. If you have any concerns about postal charges please ask.
All goods remain in the ownership of Diecast Gems until they have been paid for in full.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS (Regulation 10, September 2006)
